Mrs. Thomas here,

I'm excited to be reading sci-fi and fantasy indie books. On this platform I post honest, polite, and constructive criticism of every book I read, in the hopes of helping YOU pick out your next book. I don't read trendy and I don't read mainstream. I'll sift through indie books and find those that are truly memorable for me.

Besides reading, my hobbies include: bonsai, crochet, and cooking. I particularly love making crochet doll dresses and creating new cooking recipes.

My husband will be writing indie video game blogs that foucs on game mechanics, story and humor. He’s found some amazing indie games that I’m sure he will be sharing with you.

As a couple, we hope to support indie works while we write our own fantasy novels.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Memorable - I loved these books and will continue to promote them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Good or Great - Solid well crafted stories that may be your next favorite.

⭐⭐⭐ - Fine - Didn't land for me, or in the case of newsletter short reads didn't have a payoff. However, they are well crafted stories.

Those top three reviews are my opinion rankings. Where I could see the right person loving this book. The bottom three ranks have story structure problems that were bad enough to disrupt the story.

⭐⭐- Flawed - Fumbled story mechanics.

⭐ - Broken - Actively undercut their promises, failed to deliver.

🚫 - Disingenuous - AI or too keen on preaching.
